Job Duties

  • Connect countries within the region with the global supply network
  • Lead the Customer SCM team in the region while acting as Customer SCM for some key markets her/himself
  • Manage overall KPI performance for the assigned businesses, including the set-up of safety stock levels and management of inventory obsolescence resolution 
  • Drive continuous improvement, risk management, and systems transparency for product supply with a full end-to-end view, strategy, and accountability.
  • Supervise Supply Performance Manager for the regional production site.
  • Collaborate with internal and international counterparts to resolve supply issues and constraints.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in a business, logistics, technical discipline or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years of supply chain management experience in Pharmaceutical, FMCG or ISO Regulated industry
  • APICS certification desired
  • Proven experience as a team lead, preferably for remote teams
  • Background and understanding of supply chain management principles such as Production Planning, Purchasing, Forecasting, and Logistics
  • Working knowledge of SAP/APO
