Appointed by the most established European Based Private Banking since 1840s with operations in over 25 locations to search for Multi-asset classes of investment dealer for the North Asia Regional Branch in HK. 

Job Duties

  • Report to the Head of Investment Products & Solutions and partner with a professional dealing team of 5 in HK & SGP
  • Provide timely and quality trade execution of multi-asset classes (including FX, Equities, FXIN and F&O) of investment product by working closely with private bankers & IC
  • Responsible for tackling any pricing related enquiries
 

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Finance/ Economics with over 4 years relevant dealing experience preferably gained from int’l private banks/securities brokerage  
  • Good understanding of multi-asset classes of investment products including Equities, FX, Fixed income and F&O. 
  • Self-motivated, disciplined and committed, with strong sense of responsibility
  • Excellent communication skills in fluent verbal and written  English and Cantonese/ Mandarin

Job Duties
  • Daily validation and monitoring of Asian capital market transactions and payment to ensure all operations activities are in compliance with HKMA regulatory requirements and the internal guidelines
  • Provide regional support to ensure timely processing and payment for multiple range of products such as FXMM, Treasury Derivatives and FICC products
  • Proactively assist to investigate and resolve clients’ enquiries on operations related issues through liaison with related Front to Back office team and counterparties

Job Duties
  • Perform Middle to back office function including but not limited to tackle clients or internal enquiries, resolve trade breaks by effectively communicate with Front office, custodians, counterparties, daily profit and loss report, and handle end to end trade lifecycle
  • Handle daily trade booking, trade processing, reconciliation, settlement, post-trade events monitoring for a wide range of Treasury and Fixed Income Derivatives products
