Job Duties

  • Manage order processing, master data maintenance, monitoring of delivery schedules (including goods return), supply technical information, handling order enquiries and address complaints and related issues
  • Monitor the materials procurement, inventory level & replenishment
  • Support logistics and shipment related issues by working with 3PL to ensure smooth operation
  • Maintain close relationship with the 3PL, optimize the cost to KPI, and drive improvement projects
  • Aware of improvement opportunities in processes and initiate actions
  • Build strong internal relationship with various stakeholders from supply chain counterparts to commercial business units

Requirements

  • Degree holder majored in Logistics Management or equivalent
  • With around 4 years of relevant logistics management experiences preferably from MNC / similar industries e.g. 3PLs, logistic service providers
  • Detailed, self-motivated, detailed and a good team player
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Hands-on Knowledge in SAP is highly preferred
