Job Duties

  • Manage corporate tax planning, structuring, and corporate income tax compliance, with focus on transfer pricing issues in the region
  • Support in reviewing and implementing regional tax strategies that are in line with global tax strategies and enhance tax efficiency
  • Provide advisory on tax transactions and businesses as needed
  • Work closely with regional finance business leaders, as well as local tax authorities and external advisors


  • Degree or above in Finance/ Business or related discipline with CPA qualification
  • Minimum 8 years (with at least 3 years big4 experience) of solid tax experience with regional exposure acquired from professional firms and multinational organizations.  Those less experienced will be considered as Manager
  • Efficient, motivated and results-oriented, a responsible team player with excellent analytical skills and good sense of judgment
  • Effective interpersonal communication skills to work well with parties at all levels
  • Fluent command of both written and verbal English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Willingness to travel when required
