Job Duties

  • Take the regional O2C process ownership, plan and drive process transformation and standardization regionally with the aid of RPA and other technology update
  • Partner closely with technology, business analysts, and internal control team to communicate finance operation and governance process, align expectations of stakeholders, and ensure that coherent standards and processes are in place with other Finance Project Managers (R2R, P2P)
  • Create opportunities to examine new ideas from industry best practices and innovation
  • Responsible for the process documentations from SOP to training materials
  • Involve in global and regional discussions to contribute to the continuous improvement and problem solving in the overall order-to-cash processes and data management

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Accounting and Finance
  • About 8-10 years working experience with solid track record in both Account Receivables / finance closing process and operation, as well as regional system/process project working with ERP systems such as MS Dynamics, SAP, or Oracle etc.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in design and analysis of business process and systems
  • Understanding of treasury management processes and procedures , and experience in End to End Process on Order to Cash will be an advantage
  • Lean qualification or Process Re-engineering/ Improvement experience highly valued
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
