Job Duties

  • Be a regional expert in providing optimized customer solutions in various supply chain areas
  • Focus on Greater China logistics arrangement and order fulfillment process
  • Collaborate closely with regional marketing, commercial, logistics teams to ensure one or more of these processes: China customs/tax issues and BLP/bonded warehouse orders; sample orders; rush orders; or PO system blocking management (e.g. credit/damaged good issues etc.)
  • Be a change agent to drive customer adaptions to digital communication and the new CS platform
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement processes

Requirements

  • Degree Holders in Supply Chain, Business Management, Engineering or Operations Management
  • Over 4-5 years of experience in Customer Services and/or supply chain management
  • Those from freight forwarding / logistics services companies with strong operation know-how are encouraged to apply
  • Familiar with SAP as well as Supply Chain CS KPI, result driven with strong problem-solving skills
  • Collaborative with the ability to contribute to continuous improvement and new process set up
  • Strong customer relationship/customer-centric solution
