Globally leading risk management and reinsurance group is in search for Regional Corporate Services & Event Logistics Specialist!

Job Duties

Based in HK Office and report to the Regional Head of Corporate Services & Conference Event Management

  • Assume the key contact point in coordinating internal/ external; on/offsite conferences/events logistics in HK/North Asia Region
  • Ensure smooth operations with in-house catering events by working closely with vendors and business unit heads
  • Provide timely office administration/facilities management support by coaching with receptionists and administrative assistants
  • Oversight equipment maintenance; office security; safety & health related initiatives
  • Serve as the primary coordinator from updating related procedures; organizing training; identifying to implementing cost effective corporate services
  • Ad-here to the corporate governance by working counterparts in AP and Headquarters in Europe


  • Diploma/ Degree holder with 6 years+ steady employment record in events logistics and office administration
  • Relevant experience earned from MNC or Financial Institutions/ Banks is essential
  • Adaptive to working in a dynamic multi-cultural environment
  • Strong communication skill and stakeholder management
  • Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
