Job Duties
- Assist the Head of Facilities and Corporate Services to lead and be part of a fast-paced administration team to support a sizable operation with multiple premises
- Independently manage various renovation and maintenance projects
- Supervise a team of tea ladies, office assistants, and receptionists

Coordinate facilities repair and maintenances, office supplies and pantry procurement, and other related tasks
Requirements
- Degree holder with at least 10 years of administration experiences and solid exposure in sizable organizations
- Strong track record in handling various facilities projects
- Excellent client servicing and interpersonal skills
- Organized and detail-minded
- Flexible, patient, efficient and a good team worker
- Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
