Job Duties
As part of the North Asia Regional Business Management & Support Function tasked with the following mission
- Tasked with the mission to ensure front office business operations adhere regulatory and corporate governance
- Act as the team lead to coach, train and ensure satisfactory performance of ARM/sales support
- Serve as the SME to guide private bankers and sales support on digital banking applications
- Act as the bridge with second line of defense with compliance, risk/audit, operations on aspects related to account opening, selling suitability and investment related aspects
- Responsible for enhancement, review and design of workflow process/framework to ensure the fulfilment of regulatory, audit and governance requirement
- Facilitate regulatory/remediation projects and investigation
Requirements
- Well qualified graduate/Degree holder with 8 years+/-integrated front office business management and ARM experience
- Familiar with private banking business operational flow and regulatory requirements
- Highly seasoned influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Trilingual candidate proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
