Job Duties
- Provide IT to a fast growing lifestyle products company with presence in the Asia Pacific region in Hong Kong
- Work with another IT Support to monitor and maintain the computer system and networks for the flagship store and the corporate office
- Be responsible for installing and configuring hardware and software systems, as well as any troubleshooting and responding to service issues
- Test new technology and assist in Shopify configurations related to different marketing activities
- Other related IT operation work as required
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Information Technology or related disciplines
- About 1 year working experience in similar setting, demonstrating strong problem solving and proficient communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Good knowledge in HTML/CSS/JS/SQL
- Demonstrate good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- System and networking support is a plus
