Job Duties
- As part of the regional HRBP, contributing to recruitment, customization & review of HR policies and promotion of process improvement by working with a small of 6
- Oversight L&D strategies
- Facilitate & Source appropriate training programs by working closely with training academy in HQ & UK
- Assist regional HR projects
Requirements
- Degree holder with 6 years+ HR BP with relevant experience in L&D, earned from int’l financial institutions or banks
- People oriented and proactive personality with strong adaptation to working in a multi-cultural environment
- Detail oriented and organized
- Proficient in Excel & Powerpoint
- Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
