Our clients and candidates hear about us from our official website, social media and most important of all – word of mouth. Our placement process begins with a compulsory face to face meeting with all candidates from all fields. While we reassure our clients that candidates that we refer are all matched to the closest of our clients’ expectation, our assessment system also allows our candidates to be presented with only openings that they envision to be on the right track for their employment path.

Since inception in 2000, ProJOB21 has committed itself to serving the communities we live and work by supporting a diverse range of social and charitable causes for the betterment of the society. We do so by means of corporate contributions as well as promoting active participation of our employees and their families through donations and voluntary services. Some of the past donation activities include “Skip Lunch Day”, “Love Teeth Day” and “Dress Special Day” organized by the Community Chest of Hong Kong; “Living Gift Raffle Draw of UNICEF”; “Combat Blindness Fundraiser by ORBIS”; “Blood Donation Day” organized by Hong Kong Red Cross and “Donations to Food Bank”. We also supported various fundraising campaigns such as Sichuan Earthquake and Taiwan Typhoon Relief.

We value our Corporate Responsibility through addressing the needs of the less privileged members of our society. We have organized a variety of community events and visits across different areas in Hong Kong including Ngau Tau Kok, Tin Shui Wai and Sheung Wan, etc providing benefits to low income, elderly, children and new immigrants in need.

Respectively in 2014 and 2018, ProJOB21 is honored to receive the “5 Years Plus Caring Company” and “10 Years Plus Caring Company” logo awarded by The Hong Kong Council of Social Service in recognition of our company’s continuous efforts in making significant and meaningful contribution to our community.
