Job Duties
- Formulates brand strategies to accomplish top & bottom line targets of the assigned portfolio
- Design and implement marketing tactics to achieve business objectives
- Controls marketing budgets and develop marketing plans to ensure optimal investment on strategic therapeutic areas and profitable growth of business
- Develops strong rapport with key opinion leaders to drive business growth in long run
- Works closely with sales team to ensure proper implementation of marketing initiatives
- Delivers quality product training and marketing support to sales force
Requirements
- University degree in Science or Marketing
- At least 6 years of pharmaceutical industry experience with solid marketing management track record in pharmaceutical / OTC products
- Passionate, hardworking, independent, strong business sense with analytical mindset, performance driven and good team player
- Excellent proficiency in English and Cantonese
