The seasoned jobholders will be responsible for:

• Assistant Senior Private Bankers on daily pre and post-sales services
• Handling new to bank and regular accounts reviews and documentation, pricing quotation, order placing, and portfolio management
• Preparing investment and product presentation materials

• Support HRBPs from Recruitment, On/Off Boarding, C&B, HRIS reports and Mobility
• Oversight L&D (CPT tracking/ mandatory training coordination/ orientation logistics)
• Facilitate & Source appropriate training programs by working closely with training academy in HQ & UK

• Report to the Regional Head of Investors Relations and work along with the professional Investor relations team in Hong Kong
• Provide the full spectrum of IR support from calendar management to organizing investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows across multiple time zones in the US, Europe & AP region.
• Ensure smooth logistics and timely support by resolving internal & external clients’ enquiries

• Manage daily trust administration and ongoing operations including vesting of shares, injection/distribution of assets, incorporation of holding company, bank account openings
• As the key gatekeeper in reviewing trust and KYC documents in accordance with the proper compliance
• Maintain client relationships and conduct regular reviews to cope with clients’ trust needs
