As a growing organization, our we are on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Senior Associate in Human Resources & Talent Acquisition ** to join our exceptional team. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping our workforce and nurturing a unique company culture that values collaboration, creativity, and excellence.

Job Duties

  • Report to the Regional Head of HR and partner with a small team of HR operations
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding business requirements, identifying talent needs to onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers from front to back offices to develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies and assessment
  • Foster relationships with line of business and candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging experience throughout the hiring process
  • Collaborate on HR initiatives that promote employee engagement, development, and retention
  • Support employee life cycle management, resolve employees’ enquiries to ensure the fulfilment of HR policies & governance
  • Drive diversity and inclusion project within the talent acquisition practices
  • Active participation of regional projects from change management, automating and digitalizing HR process in alignment of global initiatives

Requirements

  • 5 years+/- of steady employment track record with solid HRBP, Talent Acquisition and Generalist experience earned from international financial institutions, fintech or technology industry 
  • Passionate about building a diverse and inclusive workplace
  • Excellent communicator with strong proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese 
  • Proactive problem-solver, driven by results and a desire to make a difference
  • Familiar with the latest HR technologies and trends in talent acquisition
  • Well qualified graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese

Job Duties
  • Report to the Regional Head of HR and partner with a small team of HR professionals in APAC with over 150 employees
  • Contribute to bi-annual performance management review that required consolidation of management reports and coordination with senior leaders & management across the region & headquarters to cater for the business objectives
  • Accountable for managing regional HR operations by working closely with payroll vendors, insurance providers, local and COE HR specialists in headquarters 
  • Responsible for benefits, pension, annual leave administration and on/off boarding coordination that called for extensive liaison with internal staffing and talent acquisition professionals 
  • Resolve employees’ enquiries to ensure the fulfilment of HR policies & corporate governance
