Job Duties
- Report to the Regional Head of HR and partner with a small team of HR operations
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding business requirements, identifying talent needs to onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers from front to back offices to develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies and assessment
- Foster relationships with line of business and candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging experience throughout the hiring process
- Collaborate on HR initiatives that promote employee engagement, development, and retention
- Support employee life cycle management, resolve employees’ enquiries to ensure the fulfilment of HR policies & governance
- Drive diversity and inclusion project within the talent acquisition practices
- Active participation of regional projects from change management, automating and digitalizing HR process in alignment of global initiatives
Requirements
- 5 years+/- of steady employment track record with solid HRBP, Talent Acquisition and Generalist experience earned from international financial institutions, fintech or technology industry
- Passionate about building a diverse and inclusive workplace
- Excellent communicator with strong proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Proactive problem-solver, driven by results and a desire to make a difference
- Familiar with the latest HR technologies and trends in talent acquisition
- Well qualified graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
- Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese

Job Duties
- Report to the Regional Head of HR and partner with a small team of HR professionals in APAC with over 150 employees
- Contribute to bi-annual performance management review that required consolidation of management reports and coordination with senior leaders & management across the region & headquarters to cater for the business objectives
