Job Duties
As part of the COE within the Greater China region, the successful job holder will be accountable for
- In charge of payroll (including OT & shift allowances), pension and taxation for over 250 employees
- Oversight benefits administration and attendance records
- Ensure the fulfilment of HK Labour ordinance and corporate governance
- Prepare timely HRIS reports and facilitate staff engagement related activities
- Collaborate with HRBP/Talent Acquisition team to support post on-boarding, probation and annual performance review
Requirements
- Degree holder with 4years+ steady employment track record
- Detail oriented, assertive team player with committed working attitude
- Solid Payroll & Benefit operations experience earned from MNC
- Familiar with HK Labour Employment Ordinance
- Proficient in Excel and good stakeholder management
