Job Duties

As part of the COE within the Greater China region, the successful job holder will be accountable for

  • In charge of payroll (including OT & shift allowances), pension and taxation for over 250 employees
  • Oversight benefits administration and attendance records
  • Ensure the fulfilment of HK Labour ordinance and corporate governance
  • Prepare timely HRIS reports and facilitate staff engagement related activities
  • Collaborate with HRBP/Talent Acquisition team to support post on-boarding, probation and annual performance review

Requirements

  • Degree holder with 4years+ steady employment track record
  • Detail oriented, assertive team player with committed working attitude
  • Solid Payroll & Benefit operations experience earned from MNC
  • Familiar with HK Labour Employment Ordinance
  • Proficient in Excel and good stakeholder management
