• Lead a small team to perform daily accounting operational and month end closing duties according to group policies and statutory requirements

• Our client is developing large scale and critical logistics related services and systems for Hong Kong
• Working in an agile and growing team , you will develop systems/functions according to the requirements
• Perform project implementation including documentation, coding, testing, training, demonstration

• Drive ongoing systems implementation/ enhancement projects
• Collect users’ requirement, support in the configuration of system functions, perform UAT, deliver training and troubleshoot the bugs
• Work as a bridge between the business users and external vendors

• Leadership position in the planning, design, procurement, implementation, and testing of a newly set up infrastructure system
• Accountable for the strategic maintenance plan, control and governance, and continuous delivery of the 7x24 maintenance service
• Lead the security and operation assessment and audit, and response drill to comply with security requirements

• Report to Head of HR, be accountable for all HR matters for corporate staff within the group in Hong Kong and China (with a small population in US and UK), with an oversight on workplace matters for the corporate office in Hong Kong
• Address any HR operational issues carried out by local HR counterparts, and provide directions on end-to-end HR processes, from talent acquisitions, rewards management, performance management, employee development and relations, and other on/off boarding matters
• Work closely with the Head of HR on providing HR advisory to Senior Management on achieving organization/people strategies and goals
