Job Duties
- Lead a small team of three in planning and delivering learning and development programs, drive people capability, manage career paths and successions to meet current and future business needs
- Provide functional expertise to all training and development related matters to HK HR team, including but not limited to, training needs analysis, training courses arrangement, rotation program, team building exercises etc.
- Engage external consultants and internal resources to design and deliver learning programs, from leadership, acumen, transversal skills, to technical skills, etc.
- Monitor and measure training activities and produce regular reports
- Monitor and update training policies and communicate to managers and employees
- Plan and drive implementation of new Learning Management System
- Participate in HR projects as on a need basis
Requirements
- University graduate
- Minimum 8 years of experience, ideally HR generalist with at least 3 years in Training & Development
- Good knowledge in training and development and Talent Management
- Ability to engage, inspire and coach
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Team player, patient, and committed, with agility to rotate with the HR department
