Job Duties
- Work under C&B team to handle C&B administration
- Conduct benefit administration as well as coordinating annual exercises e.g. benefits review / performance review
- Key contact point for both internal & external parties ; Handle enquiries & communication on C&B policies
- Support in ad hoc C&B projects
Requirements
- Degree holder in Human Resources or other related disciplines
- With at least 4 years of C&B working experiences
- Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance
- Detail-minded, organized & patient candidate
- Good command of Spoken & Written English & Chinese
