Representing a dynamic Joint Venture group seeking a highly skilled Trilingual Executive Assistant.

Job Duties

  • Coordinate Senior Director's business schedules and appointments, ensuring seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organize domestic and international travel arrangements, including work visas, flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Prepare, translate and assist with confidential and sensitive documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders, including high-profile individuals, senior executives, and government officials
  • Handle complex and ever-changing calendars, proactively identifying and resolving conflicts.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination, including conferences, board meetings, and social gatherings.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion at all times when handling sensitive information.

Requirements

  • Proven 5 years+ track record as an executive assistant or personal assistant, supporting high-profile C-level executives
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
  • Strong proficiency in Mandarin and English
  • Professional and polished demeanour with exceptional interpersonal skills
