Expansion hiring for leading global private equity and investment managers to search for experienced Executive Assistants to be part of the Regional Clients & Product Distribution Team.
Job Duties
- Report to a small team of senior expats executives across APAC in charge of Clients & Products Distribution
- Provide full spectrum of business administration & secretarial support including calendar management, T&E and database management
- Accountable for roadshow and events logistics that required extensive liaison with external/internal clients, marketing and vendors
Requirements
- Well qualified graduate with 8yrs+/- relevant EA, Roadshow or IR experience earned from international financial institution, preferably from the buy side or private markets
- Steady track record with relevant experience assisting Regional C-Suites
- Flexible team player with strong proficiency in written & spoken English
- Adaptive to working in a highly multi-cultural & fast paced international environment
