Job Duties
- Report to Founding Partner/ CEO
- Provide first class PA/secretarial and administrative support
- Accountable for B2B sales and marketing support
- Handle customers inquiries and coordinate with vendors on any logistic/operational matters
- Proactively support ad-hoc projects from system upgrade, process improvement, and coordinating marketing /promotion activities.

Requirements
- Diploma holder or equivalent with about 5 years+/- in sales & marketing support
- Sound communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail oriented and adaptive to working in a small office
- Good command of Spoken & Written English & Chinese
