Job Duties

  • Report to Founding Partner/ CEO
  • Provide first class PA/secretarial and administrative support
  • Accountable for B2B sales and marketing support
  • Handle customers inquiries and coordinate with vendors on any logistic/operational matters
  • Proactively support ad-hoc projects from system upgrade, process improvement, and coordinating marketing /promotion activities.

Requirements

  • Diploma holder or equivalent with about 5 years+/- in sales  & marketing support
  • Sound communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail oriented and adaptive to working in a small office
  • Good command of Spoken & Written English & Chinese
