Our Client
Our client is a well-established European corporate bank with a significant regional presence in Hong Kong. they offer a highly professional, inclusive, and collaborative working culture. They are currently looking for a polished and organized professional to handle their front-of-house presence and support key office logistics.
The Role
Working closely with a supportive corporate administration team, you will act as the first point of contact for the bank while ensuring daily operations run seamlessly.
Job Duties
Reception & Client Hospitality: Greet corporate clients and institutional guests, manage the central switchboard, and handle incoming/outgoing couriers and mail distribution.
Meeting Room Management: Oversee the scheduling, setup, and tidiness of executive meeting rooms; coordinate logistics and catering for high-level regional meetings and internal events.
Renovation & Project Logistics: Assist the Head of Administration in coordinating upcoming office renovation projects, office moves, and space layout adjustments. Act as the point person for internal staff scheduling and vendor coordination during these updates.
Office Coordination: Monitor office supply levels, manage pantry inventories, and ensure office security access controls are smoothly maintained according to compliance standards.
Requirements
- Diploma Holder, 5yrs+/- integrated corporate receptionist, administrative and facility coordination experience earned from MNC
- Self-motivated team player with steady employment track record.
- Proven multi-tasking and good communication skill in written & spoken English.
- Adaptive to working in a highly multi-cultural & fast paced international environment.

Regional Accountabilities
- Report to Regional Head of Facilities Management Technical Operations
- Oversight the design and operation of ICT facility mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, including lighting, power, cooling, and security for the APAC region across 8 countries.
- Assume the regional expert on full spectrum of technical operations matters by working with local technical & facilities management vendors to cater for incident mgmt., office relocation, site establishment, restack and IT changes.
