Global wealth management banking group is in search for Trilingual Personal Assistant to Chairlady to cater for the growth of Greater China markets.

Job Duties

  • Coordinate personal & business schedules and appointments, ensuring seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organize domestic and international travel arrangements, including work visas, flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Provide personal support, including managing personal errands, appointments, and family-related matters.
  • Prepare and assist with confidential and sensitive documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders, including high-profile individuals, senior executives, and government officials, on behalf of the Chairlady.
  • Handle complex and ever-changing calendars, proactively identifying and resolving conflicts.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination, including conferences, board meetings, and social gatherings.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion at all times when handling sensitive information.

Requirements

  • 10yrs+/-relevant PA/EA and Person/Business Management Support experience with steady track record earned from international financial institutional
  • Experienced in assisting C-Suite including T&E, Calendar Mgmt and meeting schedules
  • Detail oriented and committed PA with strong multi-tasking and excellent communication skill in English and Mandarin  
  • Adaptive to working in a highly multi-cultural & fast paced international financial environment

Regional Accountabilities

  • Report to Regional Head of Facilities Management Technical Operations
  • Oversight the design and operation of ICT facility mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, including lighting, power, cooling, and security for the APAC region across 8 countries.
  • Assume the regional expert on full spectrum of technical operations matters by working with local technical & facilities management vendors to cater for incident mgmt., office relocation, site establishment, restack and IT changes.
