Job Duties

  • Engage in global talent management and corporate employee engagement projects
  • Collaborate with HR and Business leaders, and partner with business schools and external vendors
  • Support global talent program, from talent assessment to program design and implementation with support of external consultants/vendors
  • Design, develop, and implement global employee engagement initiatives that include vendor sourcing and management, event management, marketing assets development, etc.
  • Enable and support HR counterparts on various systems and platforms for learning, performance, wellbeing apps, etc.
  • Administer regional training programs and measure effectiveness

Requirements

  • University degree about 4- 8 years of work experience in Human Resources, Corporate Communication, or relevant
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical mind and innovation, self-driven in learning and solution delivery
  • Highly numerate and detail-oriented, with hands-on experience in compiling data into meaningful presentation via enterprise management systems and collaboration platforms/applications
  • Be able to work independently and have the ability to manage projects and internal customers
