Our Client

Appointed by mid-size International Bank to search for Human Resources Recruitment & Business Partner Manager for the North Asia region. 

Job Duties

  • Report to the Regional Head of HR and partner with a small team of 4 HR professionals in HK & SGP 
  • Accountable for end to end talent acquisition by working directly with hiring managers from FTB offices from understanding the requirements; interviewing candidates to providing recommendation to cater for business requirements; on-boarding to background screening
  • Facilitate HRBP function that calls for collaboration with senior leaders and business management to address HR challenges including workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, staff engagement to compensation review 
  • Accountable for employee life cycle management, resolve employees’ enquiries to ensure the fulfilment of HR policies & governance
  • Active participation of regional projects from change management, streamlining process in alignment of regional/global initiatives

Requirements

  • 10 years+/- of steady employment track record with solid talent acquisition, recruitment and HRBP/generalist experience earned from international financial institution or banks
  • Hands on expertise in recruitment, on/off boarding to HRBP/Generalist
  • Strong attentiveness to details and positive team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
