Job Duties

  • Responsible for Payroll/C&B/Share Services for HK Branch by partnering with a small professional team of HRBP
  • Oversight payroll and benefit administration by working closely with external vendors 
  • Active participation in benefits insurance reviewal and analysis
  • Serve as the key coordinator from planning and organizing wellness programs
  • Facilitate employee life cycle management from contract preparation, annual performance review process to tackling employees’ enquiries
  • Facilitate annual audit to regional HR initiatives related to automation & corporate governance 

Requirements

  • Graduate in Bsc in HR Management or related disciplined 
  • 8 years+/- of relevant HR Share Services, Payroll & C&B experience earned from international financial institutions or banks
  • Positive and proactive team worker with proven competency to working in a multi-cultural environment
  • Prior experience in supporting organization development or wellness program is highly desirable
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
  • Proficient in Excel and experience using Success factor is highly desirable
  • Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English

Job Duties
  • Report to the Regional Head of HR and partner with a small team of HR professionals in APAC with over 150 employees
  • Contribute to bi-annual performance management review that required consolidation of management reports and coordination with senior leaders & management across the region & headquarters to cater for the business objectives
