Appointed by multiple international financial institutions to search for HR C&B & Payroll Associate/Analyst to cater for the expansion the APAC region
Job Duties
- Report to the Head of HR & Business Partner and accountable for regional HR C&B Operations and payroll for HK Branch
- Facilitate the preparation of HRIS/dashboard reports to support staff planning & C&B review
- Accountable for employee life cycle management and timely management of employees’ enquiries
- Assist regional projects from reviewing employee benefits to HR streamlining process that called for liaison with counterparts in HQ and local offices across Greater China & APAC
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 5 years+/- of steady employment track record with solid C&B operations & HR generalist experience earned from MNC or financial institutions
- Attentiveness to details with good organizational skill and working attitude
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly Proficient in Excel and knowledge in Workday is highly desirable
- Proactive team player, adaptive to working in a multicultural and fast-paced working environment
- Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
