Representing International Banks including Private Wealth & Asset Management industry leaders to search for Human Resources Business Partner for the North Asia region.

Job Duties

  • Report to the Regional Head of HR and partner with a small team of HR professionals & COE
  • Assume the HRBP role that calls for collaboration with senior leaders and business management to address HR challenges including workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, staff engagement to compensation review
  • Provide insights on talent management and employee development to foster growth & support business strategies
  • Accountable for employee life cycle management, resolve employees’ enquiries to ensure the fulfilment of HR policies & governance
  • Responsible for preparing and analyzing HR metrics and reports  
  • Active participation of regional projects from change management, streamlining process in alignment of global initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 10 years+/- of steady employment track record with solid HRBP, advisory and generalist experience earned from international financial institution or banks
  • Proactive team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide resolution of employee relations
  • Highly Proficient in Excel and knowledge in Workday is highly desirable
  • Proven track record to working in a multicultural and fast-paced working environment
  • Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
