• As the department head to oversight KYC, Client On-Boarding, Static Management and Regional Project
• Supervise over 25 team-members to accomplish timely SOW/KYC to daily operations for new/periodic accounts by working closely with internal stakeholders including Compliance, Operations and IT Departments
• Represent COO Office from identifying and driving transformation processes to support regulatory, risk & compliance and new business initiatives

• As part of the senior member of the regional credit advisory and approval team
• Accountable for providing comprehensive credit advisory on Lombard and Structured Credit Solutions
• Guide RM on Credit Structuring, Assessment and portfolio review along with the support of credit administration and collateral risk management teams

• As the deputy team leader to oversight daily in/out cash/cheque payment that called for liaison with internal/external counterparts across the region
• Resolve any transaction issues on a timely basis and ensure fulfilment of regulatory requirements
• Key stakeholder to drive periodic procedural review and system automation to support regulatory and new product changes

• As part of the senior member within the Financial Control Department of HK branch
• Accountable for the timely implementation, reporting and on-going monitoring of Counterparty Credit Risk, Large Exposure and Basel 3 regulatory returns under the HKMA regime
• Represent Finance Department to conduct and drive new product (esp. related to derivatives) assessment; regulatory and system related initiatives

• Manage a team of client service managers in HK and SGP
• Oversight the resources planning, hiring and performance of CSMs to ensure the fulfilment of business objectives in the AP region
• Assume business management accountabilities including client on-boarding to KYC related aspects to facilitate the smooth operations of daily business activities

• Manage end to end Agency and Syndication Operations across the region
• Provide technical and portfolio management support including documentation and negotiation with extensive liaison with internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare MIS reporting for senior management and facilitate ad-hoc regional projects

• As part of the senior management function to drive and implement all strategic initiatives across the region 
• Assume the role as PM to oversight/drive process improvements including automation/streamlining, fintech/ebanking for Asia region to facilitate regulatory initiatives & future business strategic growth
• Evaluate biz impacts and conduct gap analysis of business and operational processes to ensure that they are in line with Head office processes

The jobholder supervises a team to - 

• Oversight private banking business operations control; account services & documentation functions including new accounts opening, account maintenance/closure, static data maintenance to hold mail and physical materials arrangement 
• Ensure quality corporate administrative support to front office private bankers and sales assistant 
• Ensure timely deliverables to ensuring the fulfilment of regulatory and corporate governance by working closely with front office, operations and compliance/risk departments 

• Report to North Asia Head of Compliance and act as the team lead function by supervising 2-3 subordinates for regulatory, product and surveillance functions
• Key person for the HKMA and SFC on regulatory matters re regulatory notifications, self-assessments, on-site examination, complaints handling and regulatory enquires
• Assume in-house regulatory advisory, general compliance and surveillance functions to Snr Mgmt, line managers across FTB Offices in AP and HQ

• Tasked with the mission to provide comprehensive legal advice and transaction management for Global Markets business in Asia
• As part of the regional senior management to drive strategic expansion of global markets business and distribution of structured/DCM transactions across AP region with the collaborated effort with HQ 
• Take charge of review and negotiation derivatives, structured notes and debt capital markets transactions that called for extensive liaison with clients, external lawyers and regulators
