Most well respected European Based Private Bank with over 500 employees in North Asia Region is in search for multiple IT Support Senior Associates!

Job Duties

  • Regional headcount to provide 1st/2nd level IT support to the North Asia Branches with over 500 users from front to back offices
  • Troubleshoot/Facilitate IT desktop, applications, 3rd party systems, and E-banking solutions
  • Support relocation projects by working in collaboration with Infrastructure and external vendors across the region
 

Requirements

  • Graduate in Computer Engineering or related discipline
  • 3 years+ regional IT support experience with multinational banks or financial institutions
  • Experienced users in Windows 10 and understanding of MS Server
  • Seasoned communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Design and implement data pipeline and maintain appropriate database / data tables in the data lake needed for analytics and machine learning models for solving different business cases in supply chain context
