Our Client

Multiple immediate contract and permenant openings for in-house Avaloq Technical Support/Business Analyst to be part of rapidly growing North Asia Private Wealth Management Hub with HKMA and MAS regulated International & Regional Private Banks.

Job Duties

  • Provide end to end technical & business support users from front to back office
  • Accountable for troubleshooting and conducting root cause analysis to timely incident management
  • Periodic update of procedures
  • Facilitate bank-wide system integration and business applications upgrade by working with users, product owners, counterparts in headquarters and external IT vendors

Requirements

  • Degree holder in information system with 5years+ technical/business application support or business analyst experience in the banking industry
  • Relevant exposure in troubleshooting and implementing Wealth Management Applications such as Avaloq, eBanking, CRM is highly preferred
  • Good communication skills in English and Cantonese
