Our Client

Appointed by the most well respected Global Private Bank with credit rating of Aa2 and total AUM of USD 290 Billion to search for Team Head of IT Service/Help Desk.

Job Duties

  • Report to Regional Head of IT
  • Ensure timely and quality helpdesk and IT Service deliverables to 500 users by supervising a team of 6-7 members
  • Oversight and monitor the performance of IT vendors
  • Facilitate BCP, ensure the fulfilment of IT corporate governance and regulatory risk requirements 
  • Assist in IT budget and cost management
  • Work closely with HQ/IT counterparts on the regional/global IT projects/automation initiatives

Requirements

  • Graduate in Computer Studies/Information Tech with 7 years+/- IT Service/Helpdesk management experience including 3 years holding people management accountability
  • Knowledge in ITIL Service Delivery; system and network installation and configuration experience
  • Solid BCM and IT vendor/stake holder management experience
  • Understanding of private banking business is a definite advantage
  • Highly proficient in written & spoken English

  • Provide data engineering support to strategic business decisions with regards to supply chain optimization
  • Design and implement data pipeline and maintain appropriate database / data tables in the data lake needed for analytics and machine learning models for solving different business cases in supply chain context
  • Support various data science projects by interacting with the stakeholders, gather business requirements, building ML/Optimization models and visualization dashboards
