Job Duties
1. Join a high-performing APAC infrastructure team as a key deputy to the Head of IT, driving operational excellence and governance across complex regional projects and Microsoft Cloud ecosystems.
2. Elevate your technical footprint by managing high-stakes financial infrastructure, including global payment systems (SWIFT/RTGS), advanced virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and secure data center operations.
3. Balance deep hands-on technical execution in server and storage management with high-level reporting, stakeholder engagement, and the standardization of IT policies in accordance to HKMA/MAS requirements and corporate governance
4. Perfect for a proactive specialist with 10+/- years of experience looking to combine technical mastery in Azure/M365 with the prestige of a global financial institution that values documentation, stability, and innovation.
Requirements
- Established Technical Career: 10 years+/- of hands-on and steady infrastructure track record earned from HKMA and highly regulated int’l banking environment or financial institutions, ideally within an APAC regional capacity.
- Advanced Systems Proficiency: Mastery of enterprise-level architecture, encompassing virtualization, storage, and the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure/M365), ensuring the high availability and resilience of critical banking platforms.
- Academic Excellence: A University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline, serving as the foundation for your strategic approach to IT governance and process alignment.

The successful job holder will be accountable for
- Performing program modification and improvements related to SAP systems
- Preparing executing and documenting various testing phases and offering critical support for SAP solutions including troubleshooting technical issues & managing bug fixes
- Facilitating SAP Manager on interpreting and implementing design and technological solutions to cater for business requirements
