Top 10 North American based banking financial services group with net income of over USD 500million in the second quarter of 2020 and offering comprehensive Capital Market, Private Bank and Corporate Banking Services is in search for Liquidity & Market Risk AVP for the HK & SGP branches with 300 employees.
Job Duties
- Serve as the 2nd line of defense with specialization in Liquidity & Market Risk Management for HK & SGP Branches
- Provide ongoing liquidity & market risk monitoring & advisory to FICC sales traders
- Liaise with FO sales traders, risk professionals to ensure the fulfilment of regulatory requirements & corporate governance
- Promote risk awareness and participate in system enhancements
- Facilitate the development & rollout liquidity risk framework by working with Regional Hub & Headquarters
- Serve as key BCP coordinator and the Asia Risk Review Secretary
Requirements
- Degree or above in Risk Management or any related disciplines
- 5 years'+ relevant Market & Liquidity Risk experience earned from int’l financial institutions
- Knowledge of Treasury and FICC product is highly desirable
- Adaptive to working in a multi-cultural int’l environment
- Driven and proactive candidate with seasoned stakeholder management and communication skill to work diligently with FO sales traders/senior management across the bank regionally & at group level
- IT savvy, proficient in Excel/VBA is a definite advantage
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
