Our Client
Representing the most established European listed global markets and banking group with over 500 employees in HK regional branch to search for Market Data Specialist!
Job Duties
- Market data management including pricing data validation of various global markets financial instruments/products with data vendors
- Ensure the data quality from data source providers such as Reuters, Bloomberg prior to circulating to front offices sales traders, risk, operations, accounting and IT departments
- Facilitate internal set up for new products, market data collection process improvement, or data distribution and control related initiatives etc
- Serve as a backup of middle office trade support
Requirements
- Degree holder in Finance, Economics or Mathematics with minimum 4 years of experience with relevant market data management experience earned from int’l financial institutions/data vendor
- Sound understanding of capital market products, front to back platform architecture and systems
- Strong analytical, project management and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in French is a definite advantage
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and other PC applications
- Good knowledge in using Bloomberg and Reuters
- Self-motivated and excellent team player
