Job Duties
- To manage and implement strategic promotional activation campaigns aligning with overall directions from Brand Marketing and Sales teams
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities
- Evaluate promotion effectiveness and provide insightful and actionable recommendations
- Produce ad-hoc research and analysis as needed
- Accountable for the merchandising and promotional POSM according to overall brand and visibility strategies and via effective management of 3rd party agencies
- Collaborate with e-commerce teams on digital materials development.
- Contribute to the development of business plans and category management strategies
- Provide adequate support to the sales team to drive category growth
Requirements
- Degree holder with about 5-7 years relevant experience gained in reputable organizations
- Demonstrates strong marketing acumen in trade / retail marketing and category management
- Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of analytical tools, and strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Creative thinking and flexibility – ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong inter-personal skills to operate in a team environment and cross functionally
- Full written and spoken proficiency in English. Cantonese language skills is mandatory
