Representing multiple European Private Banking Groups in searching for 6 months to 1 year trilingual Sales Assistant Contractor to join their Greater China and Hong Kong Markets. Successful jobholders will be entrusted with accountabilities to :-
Job Duties
- Assisting Private Banker(s) to provide high quality services including preparing account openings documentation/regular account and KYC review, order placing and execution, pricing quotation
- Prepare presentation materials for products advisory in order to resolving any enquiries from the affluent professional investors
- Team administrative tasks and clients meeting arrangement
- Participating in ad hoc regional and local projects
Requirements
- Degree holder with relevant sales support experience acquired from International Retail/Wealth Management, Private Banks, Securities Brokerage, Global Markets Groups
- Sound investment products knowledge
- Fluently written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Proven organization skills with strong attention to details
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- With valid HKSI Paper 1, 7 and 8 or equivalent
- Candidates from Retail Banks, Wealth Management or Brokerage with passion to join private banking industry will also be considered!
