Appointed by Global Asset Mgmt Group with USD 70 Billion+ total AUM and operations in over 12 locations to search for Regional IT Support Manager!
Job Duties
- Assume the key contact for AP/local IT aspects
- Provide quality, efficient & comprehensive 1st level/2nd level IT/mobile, applications, network and infrastructure on/off site support etc
- Facilitate regional IT change/implementation projects by working closely with IT counterparts in headquarters/external vendors
- Ensure adherence to the global/regional regulatory, corporate governance and banking ordinance
- Responsible for IT related procurement activities/cost & budget control
- Take charge of IT security, risk control governance/framework and BCP matters
Requirements
- Well qualified graduate with 5 years+ Regional IT support earned from int’l IT service provider, financial institutions or banks
- Adaptive to working in multi-cultural int’l environment
- Excellent knowledge with Microsoft Windows & M365 environment
- Service oriented with seasoned communication/stakeholder management capability and strong problem-solving skill
- Understanding towards asset management industry is highly desirable
- Proficient in English and Cantonese
