We’re in search for experienced BCP/Security Senior Manager with Top Tier Int’l Private Bank with established operations in 50+ locations worldwide and hiring over 500 employees in the North Asia Regional Branch. 

Job Duties

Report to the North Asia Regional Head of Corporate Services/BCP, the successful job holder will be accountable for the following-

  • Oversee the strategic planning & implementation of BCP framework/policies for the North Asia Region
  • Review of BCP policies across FTB Offices from identifying critical functions; conducting business impact analysis to ensuring business continuity to cater for pandemic, environmental and social related crisis. 
  • Ensure BCP/Physical Security programs is adhere to corporate governance and regulatory compliance requirements
  • Manage/oversight physical security policies/systems by working closely with security vendors/service providers  
  • Active participation in regional/global projects by actively working with counterparts across countries

Requirements

  • Degree holder with 6years+relevant Business Continuity Planning & Physical Security Management experience earned from int’l financial institutions
  • Project management expertise with seasoned communication skills to work with internal stakeholders across functions/headqurters as well as external vendors
  • Understanding HKMA regulatory/compliance requirements
  • Seasoned written and communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
