Our Client
Representing Top Tier European private bank with over 500 employees for their HK/North Asia Branch to search for experienced Account Opening/Documentation Specialists of (Senior)Associate or Managerial levels.
Job Duties
- Report to the Department Head and responsible for account opening & periodic documentation review by working closely with front office relationship managers/private bankers and compliance department
- Review and ensure validity of account/accurate KYC documentation
- Serve as the Account Documentation subject matter expert to ensure the adherence of HKMA requirement and corporate governance
- Act as the key project coordinator to drive and implement account documentation/KYC/AML related streamlining initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and ensure risk control measures across the private banking business
Requirements
- Degree holder with at least 4 years+/- relevant account documentation experience acquired from international bank/financial institutions
- Strong attentiveness to detail is highly desirable
- Proactive team worker with readiness to take up responsibilities
- Understanding of Private Banking Business and HKMA requirement is a definite advantage
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Officer or Assistant Manager levels
