Appointed by Top 5 Swiss Based Pure Play Int’l Private Bank to search for Front Office Business Manager.
Job Duties
- Provide insightful and value-added business performance/KPIs/financial analytics to North Asia Branch CEO, senior management and Front office across the region/headquarters
- Serve the key contact point for front office RMs/ARMs to tackle any client related aspects & daily business activities including account opening, suitability and trades
- Represent front office to liaise with L&C, operations and support functions for new business/products and regulatory/remediation related initiatives
- Cultivate a culture of best practice sharing and other ad-hoc regional streamlining, regulatory and corporate governance related initiatives
Requirements
- Well qualified graduate with 5 years+ of relevant Business Management experience
- Good Understanding towards private wealth management industry is a pre-requisite
- Strong business acumen with sound risk control mindset and project management experience
- Driven with strong people & communication skill to work with internal stakeholders
