Job Duties
The Jobholder will join the investment operations team to provide daily operations, is including -
- Securities trade matching, trade reconciliation, and monitoring the settlement status
- Cash flow processing and investigate any discrepancies with relevant parties
- Fund processing and posting by closely working with the external vendors
- Corporate action events handling
- Financial and static data management
- Provide support to investment managers
Requirements
- Degree holder with at least 3 years relevant middle to back-office operations experienced obtained from sizable international financial institutions
- Superb investment products knowledge
- Self-motivated and responsible, with an excellent working attitude and sense of duty
- Good attention to details, sound analytical skills, and ability to solve problems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent command in spoken and written English
