Job Duties

  • Responsible for overall brand management for prestigious label with substantial A&P budget To achieve sustainable growth in business, market share and profitability
  • Strategizing and overseeing the implementation of innovative and all-rounded marketing plans, from above-the-line, to digital, PR, to below-the-line trade marketing activation activities
  • Budget control and partner with internal commercial/trade marketing teams, and relevant external agencies
  • Coach and develop marketing capability of the team

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Marketing or related discipline
  • About 10 years strong track record in FMCG marketing
  • Demonstrate excellent strategic mindset, critical analytical thinking, and good marketing acumen in lifestyle markets
  • Curious, agile, and outgoing with interests in luxury / wine & spirits category.  Product knowledge is NOT required
  • Polished communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
