Job Duties
- Manage regional media relations with particular focus on Hong Kong and Singapore; and partner closely with Hong Kong business leaders on all media and communication programs and activities to drive client and staff engagements
- Develop effective communications and media plan to uphold the bank’s reputation and achieve awareness in targeted communities including award submissions and other meaningful events
- Demonstrates good understanding of financial topics to support the drafting, editing, and reviewing relevant communication materials, from digital assets to other off-line releases
Requirements
- Degree holder with about 5-6 years working experience with relevant communications, events management, and media relations exposure gained from the financial industry
- Strong proficiency in spoken English and Cantonese, written English and traditional Chinese
- Motivated with sophisticated communication and interpersonal skills
- Sensitivity to different cultures thus international experience preferred
- Excellent IT skills in Microsoft office applications such as PowerPoint and Excel
