Appointed by the fully regulated HKMA and SFC licensed Global European Based Banking & Asset Management with over 1000 employees to search for Internal Auditor Senior Manager for the Regional Hub.
Job Duties
As part of the regional audit team, holding full accountabilities:
- Plan and conduct periodic risk based reviews to identify improvement of the bank’s control
- Serve as the key member of group internal audit to work with compliance, 1st and 2nd line of defence to promote governance control & regulatory requirements
- Primary facilitator in driving any ad hoc requests by management and regulators
- Provide regular update to the management, headquarters & the group related to the changing regulations & governance towards the private banks in Asia
Requirements
- Well qualified graduate with Bachelor degree holder, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business or Legal discipline
- 6yrs+/- relevant regulatory, risk management, compliance, biz control and audit experience earned from int’l banks
- Good understanding of key risks areas related to private wealth management, is definite advantage
- Knowledge of HKMA, SFC or MAS regulatory requirement is critical
- Adaptive to working in a multi-cultural environment
- Strong stake holder management, audit and risk consulting experience is essential
