Our Client
Representing the AA-fitch rating European Private Bank with total AUM Of USD 700 billon to search for Credit Solutions Structurer of VP/Director Level for HK/North Asia Region.
Job Duties
- Report to Regional Head of Credit Solutions & Risk Advisory
- Assume the Credit Solutions Advisor to consult bankers and senior management on all credit risk related aspects
- Serve as the country representative from identifying, structuring credit solutions, preparing/presenting credit proposals and facilitating approval process to the regional/global credit committee
- Work in collaborated effort with the Credit Risk team from on-going review/implementation of credit risk policies and controls measures
- Participate in any ad-hoc regional/global projects to ensure fulfilment of HK regulatory and regional/global governance for the Asia Book
Requirements
- Degree or above in Finance / Accounting or any related disciplines, with professional qualifications such as CPA / CFA is a definite advantage
- Over 10 year’s relevant credit advisory and risk management experience acquired from international private bank, corporate and Investment Banks
- Understanding of multi-asset classes of global market products
- Driven, analytical and strong influencing/stakeholder management skills
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin

Job Duties
- Oversight monitoring and review of the loan book as per the Credit Policy guidelines
- Manage daily margin and limit excesses and serve as the SME in related aspects by working closely with private bankers, senior management and headquarters
