Job Duties
As part of the Regional Business Risk Management Function tasked with the following mission
- Oversight front office daily activities to ensure fulfilment of regulatory compliance and governance
- Gate keeper to ensure product suitability & selling process
- Act as the bridge with second line of defense, compliance & audit departments
- Facilitate regulatory/remediation projects and investigation
- Provide timely and value added dashboard management reports
Requirements
- Degree holder in Accounting/ Business/Legal or related disciplines
- 5 years+/- of relevant Operational/Business Risk and regulatory change related project management experience earned from int’l private bank & risk consultancy firms
- Strong risk control mindset with good knowledge of HKMA/SFC including suitability/selling process
- Understanding of private banking business is essential
- Proficient in Excel/Powerpoint with articulated communication skills
