Job Duties
- As part of Senior Regional Management Team and report to Regional Head of Investment & Product/DPM Asia (covering Advisory, Discretionary Portfolio Management and product specialists/research)
- Oversight Biz Mgmt with focus in Investment & Product Strategies/Governance in AP by collaborating with HQ
- Project lead to review & implement procedures and controls across Investment & Product Solutions to ensure adherence of regulatory, governance and platform changes initiatives
- Accountable for formulating and driving effective product strategies & distribution to achieve overall business & revenue targets by partnering with risk & compliance and tech & operations departments
- Provide timely and value added dashboard and commentaries to senior management from local & global team & product committee on the tracking of KPI metrics
- Align regional best practices & on-going review of investment product performance
Requirements
- Well qualified graduate with 10 years+/- of business & product management experience earned from int’l private bank
- Strategic minded with Proven Regional Project Management capabilities
- Understanding of multi asset classes of products including DPM & Crypto
- Familiar with regulations and compliance requirements (including product suitability)
- Seasoned communicator capable of delivering presentations and reports
- Adaptive to working in a matrix & multicultural environment
