  • Support the setup of the right reporting and dashboards for the marketing and commercial operations, and eventually become the web, user, and business analytics expert, helping to turn data into insights and business decisions
  • Work together with marketing, product, and operations to help keep track and ensure alignment on the e-commerce plan
  • Collect industry market intelligence and provide recommendations
  • Options to take up other marketing projects in the longer run

Requirements

  • Degree holder with about abut 1- 2 years’ experience as a data/ business analyst.  Fresh grads with strong aspiration and growth mindset also encouraged to apply
  • Self-starter with high standards and attention to details
  • Good at data analysis and visualization tools (such as Excel, Access, Power BI, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge in web analytics (e.g., Shopify Analytic, Glew Analytic, Google Analytic, Social Analytic) an advantage
  • Experience in user journey analysis and good business acumen also a plus
  • Fluent in written and speaking Chinese (Both Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
